What are the three Crossover locks™?
The three Crossover Locks™ built by Elios are: A Bike Lock, a Luggage Lock, and a Utility Lock. All three locks have the same amazing features. The only difference is the cable size, and the TSA Key access in the Luggage Lock.
When do I choose the lock of my choice?
A survey will be sent to you when the campaign closes. You will be able to select your desired lock at that time.
How will the subscription service work?
If you pre-order during this campaign, you will not have a subscription service for 12 months after receiving this lock. If you desire to continue using the global connection after the 12 months, the user will be asked to pay a $3 subscription fee each month. There is no contract and service can be canceled at any time.

Will The Crossover Lock™ work off-grid?
Yes and no, if there is no cellular connection, The Crossover Lock™ will still connect to the owners mobile phone using a Bluetooth connection. It will not be able to transmit alert notifications beyond Bluetooth range without a cellular connection.
