Triple-wall, vermiculite insulation keeps heat where it belongs and protects surfaces, while precision airflow vents help you dial in anything from low-and-slow to a 700 F+ sear. Dual removable charcoal trays and a drop-in ash tray make fueling and cleanup simple. Reversible grill inserts give you classic grill lines on one side and a plancha surface on the other for delicate items and smash-worthy browning.
