{"product_id":"scoundrel","title":"Award-Winning El Dorado Graphic Epic","description":"A SCOUNDREL IN THE NEW WORLD is an action-filled graphic novel following Don Pablos of Segovia, a charming swindler chasing the myth of El Dorado. Illustrated by BLACKSAD artist Juanjo Guarnido, every oversized page feels like a lush, cinematic painting, rich with historical detail and expressive characters. Writer Alain Ayroles crafts a witty, cynical tale that echoes the Spanish Golden Age, using a Rashomon-style structure to keep you questioning what is true and what is one more elegant lie. Available as a digital edition, a large-format hardcover, and a limited collectors slipcase with signed bookplate and medal, this edition honors a 400-year literary legacy.
