A young woman with a peculiar gift spends her days traversing the galaxy helping lost souls find their way home in Death Transit Tanager. The comic follows Tanager, a porter for those stuck between Earth and the afterlife, and the battles she faces along the way. Inspired by Metroid, Hellboy, and heaps of anime and manga, the series is filled with murder mysteries in space and lots of intergalactic action. The 32-page comic book features a 20-page black and white feature story, followed by an 8-page full-color backup story illustrated by the award-winning Karl Kerschl.
Karl Kerschl is the Eisner Award-winning Writer/Illustrator of The Abominable Charles Christopher, Gotham Academy and the fantasy adventure series ISOLA.
