Introducing Firefly, the app controlled 3D printing filament dryer. Firefly allows users to monitor and control the drying process of filament anywhere and anytime. Firefly has 8 types of filament modes with corresponding drying temperature and time. The innovative hanging filament holder supports all filaments within 1kg, giving you the freedom to choose from a variety of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon, and more to suit your needs. Firefly has a real-time data display, RGB ambient light, and more. Improve the quality of your 3D print projects with Firefly!
GratKit Smart Equipment Co., Ltd is a company specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of industrial-grade 3D printing equipment and consumables. We have our own factory located in Yangjiang, Guangdong, covering an area of approximately 20,000 square meters. We started the project in 2016, initially focusing on the research and production of light-cured resins. Later, we added an FDM consumables production workshop, as well as a production line for 3D printers and accessories. In 2020, we established the company in Yangjiang, with the aim of providing solutions for 3D printing in industrial applications and smart manufacturing.
Yes, GratKit Firefly uses a hanging filament holder that supports 250g and 500g filaments.
During the drying process, the dryer leaves some space to exhaust water vapor. After drying, you can reinstall the excess filaments outlet rubber ring to slow down this process.
We tested it at 25℃, and it can reach 70℃. If the ambient temperature is lower, the maximum temperature that the machine can reach will be appropriately lowered. You can try covering the outside of the dryer box with insulation sponge, which can reduce heat loss and increase the upper limit of the temperature (maximum limit is 70℃).
