FAQ What types of screws are used on the Sierra8? The pocket clip uses M2 screws, the blade section uses M3 screws and the main pivot post is a 10-24 screw. All necessary Allen keys are included with each Sierra8 along with spare hardware. What kind of utility blades are compatible with the Sierra8? We've designed the Sierra8 to be MOST compatible with model 11-700 utility blades and 1992 heavy duty blades also fit along with some assorted generic blades. We recommend that 11-700 blades be used as replacement for optimal fit even though a number of other blade brands fit, some less well than others. Is it legal in my country? It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know and follow all of their regions federal and local laws pertaining to the shipment, receipt, use, and carry of a utility knife. Please consult the appropriate resources to find out the specifics of your local laws before ordering. For those countries which may have issues with the shipping of tools similar to the Sierra8, (ie: AUS, NZ & UK) CONTACT US so we can make special accommodations to ship the Sierra8 without the utility blade on a case-by-case basis.
