FAQ I want more than just a single Pledge Bundle. How do I complete my pledge? First, you can order any combination of Pledge Bundles and Component Sets that you want. Here's what we recommend: 1. Use our Pledge Builder to select the set(s) you want and to calculate your Pledge Total. https://citiesuntold.dwarvenforge.com/collections/all-sets 2. Return to Kickstarter. Select the highest level pledge that is included in your set choices. If you are ordering Unpainted Pledge Bundles or Component Sets only, please select the Build Your Own Pledge Level. 3. Enter the amount from Pledge Builder as your total Pledge (Pledge Price + Bonus Support). Do not include shipping, since this will be collected in the Pledge Manager. (Remember, applicable taxes are not shown, and will also be collected at that time.). 4. Click through with your credit card to confirm your pledge -- and you're done! We'll capture all your specific set selections when we open our Pledge Manager this spring. What’s the difference between the Cities Untold Microsite, Pledge Builder and Pledge Manager? The Cities Untold microsite - https://citiesuntold.dwarvenforge.com - is an interactive website that features lots of great visuals – and much more information than we can fit onto the Kickstarter page. Please do visit; there’s lots to see! Pledge Builder is the “shop” within the microsite. https://citiesuntold.dwarvenforge.com/collections/all-sets It includes listings for every set in the Kickstarter, plus filters to help you browse. Just add what you want to your cart and Pledge Builder will calculate your Pledge Total. If you’re signed in, you can even save these carts for future reference. The limitation of Pledge Builder is that you can’t use it to “check out.” You have to go back to the Kickstarter page and enter your actual pledge there. Pledge Manager is a secure 3rd party platform that we use after the campaign to confirm your final set selections and shipping address, and to collect shipping and (for specified countries) applicable taxes.
