A Complete 5e Roguelike Campaign Ready For The Table

Crucible of Chains transforms your 5e table into a true roguelike campaign, built around branching runs, hard choices, and boss battles that feel earned. Each three-act run sends the party across Chain Maps filled with visible node types, so players can weigh combat, challenges, events, respite, and rewards before committing to a route. When a run ends in defeat, the story does not reset. The Crucible's Hub reforms fallen heroes, tracks progress, and lets the group spend Cinders on magic items, supplies, preparations, and hub upgrades that carry forward. With nine custom bosses, a full 3 to 12 level campaign, and DM-facing tools for the 2024 rules, every return to the table feels like a new attempt to break the Chains.
