Handcrafted Kinetic Alien Sculpture

THE CONFINED is a handcrafted wooden kinetic sculpture that tells a quiet story about curiosity and the unknown. Inside a clear glass dome, a small gray alien gazes outward, wondering what lies beyond its tiny world. The figure stands on a natural wood base built with traditional mortise and tenon joinery, pairing warm grain with a simple geometric form. With the press of a button, the little explorer begins to sway, adding a gentle rhythm that draws you closer. Every carved detail, from the wooden base to the concealed mechanical structure, is crafted to invite reflection on our own questions about the universe. Back THE CONFINED on Kickstarter now.

About

We are a small artisan studio with a deep passion for handcrafted work. We believe that handmade objects carry more than form - they carry the thoughts, time, and care of the people who create them. Our goal is to build handcrafted IPs that can connect with people on a personal level and resonate across different lives and spaces. Through our work, we hope to create pieces that are not only made by hand, but also understood, felt, and shared.
