We come from four generations of knife makers - sharpening runs in our blood. For nearly a century, our family has handcrafted blades, restored heirlooms, and helped kitchens around the world rediscover what sharpness means. But we kept seeing the same problem: good knives, gone dull - and no good way to bring them back. So we created something better. Designed by engineers and craftspeople, our sharpening system uses solid diamond, precision clamping, and intuitive angle control to restore razor edges - fast, safe, and repeatable.
