A Spellcasting Match-3 Strategy Board Game

In Aether Ascendant, you are a rival wizard stepping into the elemental plane, turning every Match 3 puzzle into a moment of strategy. Each turn begins on a shared elemental grid, where your matches fuel spells, trigger cascades of energy, and unlock reusable powers you can save for the perfect moment. Build a custom spellbook from a communal market, field minions to break seals and defeat guardians, and use relics to reshape the grid in your favor. Advance along four elemental tracks or risk your own connection to charge a powerful artifact and leap straight to victory. With multiple paths, deep planning, and solo rules in the works, every choice pulls you closer to mastery or collapse. Back Aether Ascendant on Kickstarter now.
