Better Balance For Every Cut

Maruichi Knife returns as a refined four knife collection, now forged from 10Cr15MoV steel hardened to 61 HRC for long lasting sharpness comparable to VG10. Each double bevel blade works for both left and right handed cooks, with edges that glide through meat, fish, and vegetables, keeping fibers intact and flavors clear. Octagonal handles and carefully tuned balance points give you stable grip and precise control, whether you are pressing through dense cuts or making delicate slices. A black oxide finish adds a matte all black look while helping protect the steel, and a seamless one piece stainless design keeps every knife easy to clean and hygienic at the sink.
