Many of you know us from RaceBox, the high-precision GPS performance tracker used by hundreds of thousands of drivers in over 110 countries. RaceBox began as a Kickstarter project and grew into a global product by doing one thing exceptionally well: turning raw data into real, useful insights. While baking at home, we realized we had the exact same problem we solved on the racetrack - a lack of data. Ingredients were measurable, but fermentation - the heart of bread-making - was still guesswork. So we asked ourselves: What if we could bring telemetry to dough? After two years of prototyping, testing, and more loaves than we can count, we created Crustello - a smart dough bowl that measures and interprets fermentation in real time.
