Nature returns as a streamlined redesign of Evolution, now built as a flexible system you can expand. Guide species through an ever-shifting ecosystem where food is scarce and danger is constant, then tailor each play with modules, including the all-new Climate. Temperatures swing from searing heat to freezing cold, changing food supplies and which species thrive. With 700+ module combinations after this campaign, solo mode by Richard Wilkins, and digital play on iOS, Android, and Steam, you can shape the story at the table and online. Pick your path with Big Box, Deluxe, or the Climate module. Back it on Kickstarter.
Dominic Crapuchettes captained an Alaskan fishing boat for 12 seasons, but ever since high school, he had been dreaming of starting a board game company. On an especially stormy night, his boat took on enough water to submerge the batteries in the engine room. All of the electronics went dead and Dom was forced to guide his boat home by the North Star. He vowed that if he survived, he would stop fishing and follow his dream. In 2003, he weighed anchor and started North Star Games. Since then, the company has sold over 5 million games. Their breakout hits include Oceans, Evolution, Wits & Wagers, Say Anything, and Paint the Roses.
What does it mean to back a project (pledge)?
When you back a project, you are pre-ordering the product. That means you will get it once it's produced. Besides getting the product itself, you're also joining a community. Follow along the production process, take part in important surveys and give the creator valuable feedback.
What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a launchpad for creators to raise funds for the initial production of their invention. Backers (that's you!) can support the creator by pre-ordering the product at a discounted price.
