OpenRock Link 20 is built for a hybrid lifestyle, letting you move from pro calls to daily life without swapping gear. Its magnetic detachable boom mic snaps on instantly and works on either ear, so you choose the most comfortable side. A 5-mic array with AI ENC targets clarity with up to 58 dB noise reduction and 99.9% ambient noise suppression for focused calls in noisy places. The open-ear fit stays light at 10.7 g with soft liquid silicone and titanium ear hooks for stable, pressure-free wear. Bluetooth 6.0 keeps a steady link, dual-device pairing simplifies transitions, and the app adds sound modes and Find Device. Back OpenRock Link 20 on Kickstarter.
The founder of OpenRock, Jack Lee is an avid outdoor enthusiast whose life is connected to nature. He also has a great love of music, which has always been an important part of his outdoor experience, whether he's running, cycling or camping. He tried a variety of in-ear headsets and bone conduction headphones, and found that they each had their shortcomings. Driven to solve this dilemma, Ja6ck surveyed hundreds of fellow adventurers and discovered a frustrating truth - people were forced to choose between safety, health, and sound quality. Refusing to accept this compromise, he was determined to change that. In 2018, Jack began developing an air-conduction headphone that merged the best in-ear and bone-conduction technologies while eliminating their flaws. After three years of repeated experiments, his team finally overcame the sound leakage and sound quality balance problems. In April 2021, OpenRock was officially founded, with its unique open sound field design, so outdoor enthusiasts can listen to music, but still clearly capture the sound of the wind and birdsong. "The purest freedom amplifies the world, never drowns it out." This insistence on the communion of nature and technology has become the origin of OpenRock's deep exploration of air conduction technology.
What does it mean to back a project (pledge)?
When you back a project, you are pre-ordering the product. That means you will get it once it's produced. Besides getting the product itself, you're also joining a community. Follow along the production process, take part in important surveys and give the creator valuable feedback.
What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a launchpad for creators to raise funds for the initial production of their invention. Backers (that's you!) can support the creator by pre-ordering the product at a discounted price.
